Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your bd3222 account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.
- Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
bKash, Nagad and Rocket are accepted for depositing funds on the bd3222 platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits must be made using your own account only — deposits through third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal is successfully processed, funds are generally transferred to your mobile banking account within 1 (one) hour.
Your identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If verification is not complete, your withdrawal request may be delayed. Withdrawals may be restricted if there are active bonus wagering requirements pending on your account.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not currently available.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus and any promotional bonus must be wagered 15 (fifteen) times before withdrawal. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering must be completed within 30 (thirty) days of claiming the bonus; if not completed within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If an attempt is made to abuse a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 Other Promotions
From time to time we offer cashback, free bets and special event offers. Each promotion has its own terms which are clearly stated on that promotion's detail page. Where there is a conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Every bet will be considered final upon confirmation. bd3222 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error. A bet will not be considered placed if no confirmation message is received.
6.2 Result Determination
For sports betting, official scores and results will apply. In the event of any dispute, the decision of bd3222 will be considered final. For live casino games, the results provided by the game provider will apply.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection or any other technical reason, the system will automatically attempt to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the amount of the relevant bet will be returned to the account.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the activities described below is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Fraudulent activities — such as software manipulation, use of bots or algorithm-driven betting.
- Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or network.
- Stealing or using another member's account information.
- Sending abusive, threatening or harmful messages.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs — if such an error is found, it is mandatory to notify the support team immediately.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating an account under the direction of a third party.
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, any funds held in it will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bd3222 platform — such as logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and other materials — is protected as the intellectual property of bd3222 or its licensors.
Copying, distributing, modifying or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Browsing and using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
Limitation of Liability
bd3222 always strives to provide uninterrupted and reliable service. However, we will not be liable for losses arising from the following:
- Internet connection issues or faults with the user's device.
- Natural disasters, unforeseen technical failures or cyberattacks.
- Issues with third-party payment providers.
- Losses arising from the user's own mistakes, negligence or breach of terms.
In no circumstances will bd3222's maximum liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
